    Default 26th St. Trash Gauntlet

    What's up with the west side of the block of 26th St. between Brown and Parrish? Seems like people on that street put their trash out whatever day of the week suits them, and by their actual pick-up day, it's blown all over hell's half acre. Do the apartments in that complex not have back yards to put bins in?

    Call 311 and have it addressed.
    Why not walk into the courtyard via Parrish and determine whether or not they have yards.

    My real question, "Why is their trash on the street?"

    Looking more for a response from somebody that has/does live there and who could answer that.
