Curious tho'...why would they close so early on Weekdays 10pm and Weekends 11pm?

The restaurant looks great and it's super exciting for N. Broad and Spring Garden. Can't wait to try it!

Maybe the restaurant will lengthen its hours once it's more established?

Curious tho'...why would they close so early on Weekdays 10pm and Weekends 11pm?

Those are pretty typical restaurant (as opposed to bar) hours in the city, most of the Starr places have those same hours.

I could see longer bar only hours.

My brother in law has been working in here for the past few weeks, he works for Provenance Architecture, and apparently quite a bit of the stuff in the bar area is salvaged materials from differant buildings around the city...

Went last night for dinner and thought the food and atmosphere were great. We really liked the overall design and configuration of the restaurant. Overall I would give it 4 out 5 stars.

Both the deviled eggs with crab meat and chicken fried lobster tail with Tabasco Aioli dipping sauce were out of this world. The black bass and bluefish were outstanding and we will definitely try the whole trout and filet next time. For dessert we had chocolate bread pudding which was delicious.

I just wanted to give a brief review and hope everybody enjoys it as much as I did.
