That's my only complaint - I can't wait to get rid of the last of those lots.

Yes, assuming it will ever be completed in a timely manner. Not the foundation just sitting there for a year.

In the latter case a parking lot would be better.

    Default METRO IMPACT reply...

This project is not stalled, will be built to plan, and will not be listed for sale.

Hmmm. Is there any reason why the property is listed as "On the Market" under the "For Sale" tab on your website?

Metro Impact LLC:1538 Green Street Philadelphia, PA 19130 | Pre Construction | North Philadelphia

    Just curious.

Simply for advertising purposes. I didn't see the need to create a separate tab for this project.

I appreciate the update and I'm glad it's going forward as planned. It's hard not to be skeptical in Philly sometimes, so take any complaints we make with a grain of salt.

Some progress is being made. If I am gauging things correctly it is truly mindblowing how high the cielings in this place will be.

The home is being built to match the elevations of the adjacent building, as this was a request of the local community zoning group. The first floor will have 14' high ceilings.
