Creation of a Good Annual Maintenance Contract

Annual checks are essential for avoiding large scale repairs that could happen in future. There are many chances of damages and repairs all around your home and office. You will need to be aware that the more delay you create in solving the problems around you, the more time and money you will have to spend on it. So a carefully planned maintenance contact is essential for every firm. Since the importance of maintenance is more in an environment of full of machines,a maintenance contact is more needed in an IT company. Therefore we should pre plan all the maintenance operations using IT Annual Maintenance Contracts.
The companies that offer the annual maintenance services usually have two or three custom designed plans to suit every company’s needs. You can select a plan from the list. But to ensure more productivity you will have to redesign the plan according to your needs and company architecture. You have to transfigure the plan in such a way that all the devices in your office come under their checkup. The IT annual maintenance plan usually has a single time payment. In addition to this you will need to pay additional amounts according to the repairs and replacements done. But whatever be the case the annual payment scheme will be more profitable when compared to the bills to be paid for individual components. The electrical systems in the building like AC, heaters or inverters also need to be checked. The IT annual maintenance contract should also include the maintenance of all important software components.

I just started reading a book about pivot tables. I know next to nothing about them and want to change that. One of the opening sentences of the book is "it is widely believed that 60% of the users of Excel leave 80% of Excel unused."

So I hope that this thread can be a discussion/idea swap of all the things we all know and love about Excel. I realize this is as dry a subject as exists for most but it interests me greatly and hopefully some of you, too.

Cheers.

Last week a friend contacted me to tell me she'd had an email from a Free Hotmail account I was using, that clearly wasn't sent by me. She thought I'd been hacked, but my password was about 16 characters long and very complex, which made me suspect it was spoofed, and not hacked. I deactivated the account right after I heard from her, just in case. Just now I had another message from her, telling me that she'd had another spam purportedly from me, from the account I deactivated. I'm not very tech-savvy, and this friend is even less so. If deactivating the account didn't stop these spammers using my name and former email, will anything else work?
