Talk about nitpickers. Passyunk Square Civic attached 14 provisos to its approval
Of the residential conversion of a garage on south 7th st. Including "frosted windows"
So that residents can't peer into neighboring properties. And, get this: window sills
Flush with the rear of the house to prevent birds from perching. Nice to know
We have such thoughtful community volunteers looking out for our best interests.
