I was driving my wife to a doctor's appointment last night and noticed that every utility pole along the entire perimeter on the Har Nebo Cemetary was plastered with two or three of his ugly yellow JUNK CARS signs - many posted over signs he had earlier stapled to each of these poles. They had to be posted very recently as the signs are fresh and unaffected by the weather.

Affected was:

Every pole along Devereaux Avenue from Oxford Avenue to Summerdale Avenue.
Every pole along Summerdale Avenue from Robbins to Van Kirk Street.
Every pole along Oxford Avenue from Algon to Frontenac.

There are many more remaining north of Robbins and south of Van Kirk along Summerdal Avenue as I was unable to tear down ay more today. There are also many more along Oxford Avenue east of Frontenac.

I stopped counting after I pulled down 100 of them. The city needs to fine this scumbag into hopeless bankruptcy and abject poverty! He's been a blight on our neighborhoods since the plague of bandit signs began!

The 215-740-6116 JUNK CARS scumbag is at it again! I guess the crack and meth-heads this creep hires don't mind the frigid temperatures! Well, I don't mind the frigid temperatures either! Neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow, nor arctic chills will keep me from keeping our neighborhoods free of community-destroying blight such as bandit signs.

I must have pulled down over 400 signs. These 215-740-6116 JUNK CARS signs were posted two to four signs per utility pole at the following intersections and every pole between these points.
