Not sure if this is considered off topic but...

I frequently get on/off 76 at the Manayunk / Roxborough exit (338), which I think is technically in Lower Merion, since it's across the Green Lane Bridge from Manayunk. Lately, tons of signs have been put up in the grass along the ramps for furniture stores, Direct TV, and so on. Does anyone know what to do about these signs in the 'burbs?

Report them to whatever town borough they are posted in.

With something like this, you are actually MORE likely to get results from a small town than you would if they were in Philadelphia. Big cities are typically overburdened with serious crime issues and more likely to ignore misdemeanors like bandit signs.
