My paint rollers reach higher than the electric wires. No ladder needed.

Great idea, Arctic Splash! I've often thought doing the same, but have so far been able to get them down regardless of how high these jackasses put them! The roofers are the worst. In addition to the paint, I thought of writing words like CROOK, SCAM, or RIP OFF over these signs.
Isn't putting them higher defeating their purpose? Pretty soon they'll put them so high that either nobody can see them or they're putting themselves in peril of electrocution by coming in close proximity to power lines. If anybody has their phone, cable, or internet interrupted, blame these idiots. I have actually seen bandit signs nailed into cables travelling along the length of the poles.
Mr, Trexler finds it amusing to nail his crappy JUNK CARS signs over SEPTA Bus Stop signs, lately! Pulled down about ten nailed over the bus stop signs today. What an ignorant, inconsiderate jerk! not only should PECO nail his butt to a pole, so should SEPTA. Got about 38 of his trashy signs this morning alone!
That's a great idea!! Man, you're really p*ssing these people off, I'm sure.

Additionally, if Andrew Kleeman reads this site....you should know that your signs on the telephone poles in the neighborhood of 29th & Girard; 29th & Poplar are illegal. Please take them down ASAP. Or it will be done for you.....

I contacted the owner of Primo roofing and solar severtal weeks ago and he was very contrite and promised to take his signs in S. Philly down, saying he was just a little guy trying to get business. Well, that must have been a strategy (I've encountered other bandits who say the same, hoping you'll just believe them and move on) because the signs are still up. The owner's full name and info. are on his website Home. I wonder if violating 10-1202 is a basis for a complaint against his license?
Maybe everyone could call Primo to a fake address for a "free estimate" and when he gets there and calls tell him "Oh, I can't do business with you because you violate the law with your bandit signs." Or, better yet call him and say you saw his website and want a full solar installation and then say "Is your company the one with the signs? Oh, I can't do businees with you."
gotta hand it to Chris. Hes a one man crusade and hes making a dent in the bandit sign business. Good going..
Beautiful!
I wonder if this might be an easier, cheaper, less messy way to get the job done without hauling around a roller, tray and can of paint:

Meat,
I gave up with my 4 ft. ladder and cans of black spray paint. You are my freakin' hero!
