Ok, so they plastered South Philly a few months ago, two signs on almost every pole from front to at least 18th, And all the way across from the stadium area to at least Wharton street... stapled heavily to make them hard to rip down. They are paper, so you just get pieces of them. I guess between weather and people, a lot of them were going away or falling apart, well today, Driving on Snyder ave at 7th street, I hear a repeated clicking noise, as the light turns green, I start driving and look to my left, there he is stapling the hell out a new sign on the pole, I looped around to try and find him so I could tell him what an ******* he was, but by the time I got back around he was gone... but after that I noticed bright new signs all over the area, all the way up Snyder to around Broad, then later in the day I saw them all over Moyamensing ave, so he basically re-plastered the whole area with the signs again! It must take him hours and thousands of staples to do this!
