Denny O'Brien Signs

It seems David Oh isn't the only politician ignorant of bandit sign laws. I spotted a new bandit sign this morning at several locations on my way to work this morning. They're CoroPlas signs with green with white lettering and read DENNY O'BRIEN City Council at Large. They were spotted at the following locations nailed to utility poles:

1/2 block north of the NW corner of Oxford Avenue and Bleigh near the Rite Aid
Twice on the 7300 block of Oxford Avenue near Custard's Last Stand and the Dunkin' Donuts
SW corner of Cottman and Rising Sun.

I'm sure there are many more.

If I ever entertained the idea of voting for this knucklehead, I certainly lost the desire. Bandit signs are a serious quality of life issue in Philly, but dopes like Oh and O'Brien seem to be ignorant of the fact and are contributing to this disgusting blight. They also care not for the environment using non-biodegradable CoroPlas signs. They'll be clogging a landfill for hundreds of years.

Took the initiative to pull down Denny O'Brien's bandit signs along Oxford Avenue into Five Points this morning. Got at least 22. There are more to be removed in points elsewhere.
