I looked at that one but I don't think it's him. Need something that conclusively ties down that 267 phone number. It's not a disposeable phone since it's a registered Verizon subscriber. I already did a reverse cell phone lookup and came up with nada.

Keep pegging away at it (I am as well).



Most of his signs are gone from 19125 save but a couple, but if they start re-appearing again I will start SMS blasting to try to disable the cell phone.

I also forgot about the -6116 JUNK CARS bandit signs. I had already got that one before banditproject started. That's Michael Clements on Oxford Ave. I put it up on the front page since I forgot to put up the owner info.

There is a house FOR SALE sign that I caught during the neighborhood cleanup that has a font that is eerily similar to the Al Slafman "I'll buy your house in 7 seconds" guy. I think it's Al Slafman trying to unload some properties and find buyers but I'm not sure. I already recycled all my 7 seconds signs but I still got the photos.

I went ahead and ordered a deep background since I had a phone and an address linked up. I wasn't able to find much else, other than if your name happens to be a Michael Clements the po po in just about every county in PA has a beef with you (like 40 different people with that name with tons of rap sheets... heh).


But I did come across an e-mail database that definitely links up my boy to a yahoo account, so with that I'm gonna mark this one owner identified.

If L&I/Streets ever want to pay him a visit the address is definitely correct as of spring of this year.
