This creep hit the 'hood again! This is at least the second time this particular creep has been through this neighborhood this year. There can't possibly be this many junk cars in the whole city to justify blighting one small residential neighborhood with this garbage!

Each pole at these corners and between these corners was hit two to three times. If there are two or three utility poles between each of these corners with at least two ugly bandit signs per pole, I must have removed over 500 of these ugly signs from the neighborhood! I filled at least two 30-gallon garbage bags with this crap! That's 500 x $300 = $150,000 in fine revenue for the City of Philadelphia for an hour and a half work this morning just for this creep alone! This garbage wasn't here last night when I left work! It's amazing the destruction these bandit sign idiots can do overnight!

I was passing through on the way to work when I spotted one of Philly's most notorious bandit sign creep's sign plastered two or three to every pole from Cottman Avenue up to Verree and Oxford. A good indicator was that many were already mostly torn-off the poles meaning the people in this neighborhood don't play! This is a very nice neighborhhod and it doesn't need to be "ghettoized" by outside creeps! Unfortunately, many were missed. Here's the creep again!

If their advertising practices are shady, how can you trust them with something as valuable as your home?

Some scumbag nailed a FOR RENT sign into my beautiful red oak this morning. He's lucky I didn't catch him. He used at least nine nails.

But what I am going to do is call the number and arrange to see the property. I'll get all of the company's info and take pictures.

Well, I got ahold of them. Turns out the property is nowhere near here and not worth my time to play vigilante. The woman I spoke to was off-the-boat Indian and spoke about 4 words of English. She apologized and offered to send someone over to remove it, but the last thing I want is some dumbass messing with my tree some more. I already removed the nails and puttied the holes.

She had no idea it's illegal to post these signs. No surprise there.

This IDIOT is at it again! I tore down 24 of these ugly sign this morning. They weren't there when I left work last night, so the creep had to have put them up last night in the rain or early this morning. When are these creeps gonna learn? Their ghetto signs aren't going to even be up for 24 hours before they're torn down in this neighborhood. Do they think I'm just going to give up? FAT CHANCE!!!
