The Philadelphia ARTS scene continue to grow and with it, provides such energy for the City. It is great to support that scene and especially local arts.

It really is great that there are some groups who push for a vision. And one that would be greatly interpreted and used by people not only for themselves but also to see how things are going to pan out in that sense.

Though one that would likely take effect and affect other people, it would be nice to be able to see how things are going to work just like that.
