G-town Radio is proud to present 'Sounds of Germantown'. An audio profile series featuring interesting people, places and events unique to the neighborhood of Germantown. Profile subjects include the Sun Ra Arkestra, Philadelphia School of Circus Arts, the Green Street Artists Coop, Hansberry Garden and Nature Center and civic activist couple the Churchvilles.

A new episode will debut each week for the next five weeks. Hear them live on G-town Radio each weekday afternoon at 1 PM and anytime on demand at the project webpage (Sounds Of Germantown). After this initial run the project will continue to add new profiles on a monthly basis. Members of the community are welcome to submit ideas on future subjects.

This week features the Green Street Artists Co-op.
