About our studios:

-Ranging from $100-300 per month for 130sf-300 plus sf
-Tons of windows and sun light

-Bathrooms on the first floor and sinks on each floor
-Utilities included with rent (electric, wifi)
-Open for use 24-7

We also have gallery and theater available to rent on 1st floor.
Gallery space is 3,000sq for $250 for 4 days (Papermill tenants receive a discounted price as well)
