Great house, nice price. I better make sure my g/f does not see this thread We go to the groomer on your street near the Ave and drive past you house when leaving. Every single time she comments on how nice the street is. I can't have a home without garage...

Great block, nice house, nice price.

If it had two full baths I'd be on it. (Can't run 2 adults and 3 kids through one bathroom).

So hard to fine a nice 3/2.

Parking is a strange thing on our block. The houses on the west side of the street all have private driveways and/or garages, so the parking is only for the east-siders. Plus, the church up the street allows its neighbors to park there for free except during services. I don't use the church, and 99% of the time I park within a block of my house. Really the only time I have to park farther away is during one of the Chestnut Hill street festivals. even then I only end up 2 blocks away.

Agreed. We have 2/2 and it's starting to be a challenge, that's why we're upsizing. Otherwise we love it and would definitely be staying. If you are handy, there are several potential options to create a second bath.

Lovely, lovely house! You must be sad having to leave it since it's obvious lots of love has been put into it. Good luck with your sale!

This amuses me. Growing up, this was considered a small family - for a row house.

My best friend 2 doors down had 6 siblings and both parents and they managed in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath row.

    We're beyond spoiled today.
