The house I recently bought came with this Air Conditioner unit in the front wall. It is Frigidaire model number #FAH106S1T and 10,000 BTU. When we had our brick front worked on we had the AC unit removed and the hole bricked up. I believe it was only used for 2 or maybe 3 summers and looks pretty new. It has a remote control.

Here is a link to where it was sold brand new and as you can see it sold for around $500 a few years ago.

It yours for $150 obo OR if you have comparable window AC unit to trade straight up I would consider that too.

Please note that is for wall mounting only. It does not have the flaps on the side to put in your window.
