About LinkBacksI feel like I am dreaming but last weekend I saw a street sweeper actually scrubbing down 10th St in Chinatown, and the other day I saw a city water truck spraying water on the street on 5th between Lombard and South.
Has the city resumed cleaning the streets, or did they never stop?

I feel like they never stopped in Center City. But I could be wrong.

The Center City District never stopped. They rented there services out to Chinatown and Girard Ave the last couple of years...
