The entire city has declared war on parking spaces. If you have kids forget about going to half the places in the city anymore. It seems like empty nested hipsters have taken over the parking, traffic, and access policies.

It's really a shame what the PPA did at Franklyn, great park but not worth the hassle (and Frogger) of trying to get there.

There is no bike lane on 11th St (trolley tracks) and there are bike lanes on South St in Center City coming off the bridge.

Yes up until Bainbridge St. We were talking about the Center City lanes that replaced a car lane I thought, since someone was complaining about how the bike lanes were causing car traffic backups.
