    Default Women on Septa--watch out!

Saw this scum bag on the 25 bus this afternoon. He was eyeing me up as I got on the bus, and then once I sat down, he took out his camera--seen in the picture, and tried to take a picture of me with his digital camera. I dodged out of the photoshoot. I then took HIS picture, and starting staring him down. He went to the back of the bus and then yelled at me. I went to the bus driver and told her what happened. He saw me talking to the driver and told her I was following HIM!! Disgusting!! This may be the first step before he begins groping females or worse. Watch out for him on the subway and buses.

Sorry that this happened. It's good you caught him on "film". Will show to the wife.
    Thanks.

I see photographers all over town taking pictures of everything and everyone, part of the new tech culture. Go to Flickr or photobucket, etc and you will see random pictures of thousands of unsuspecting targets that were taken right here in Center City. I have no idea what the laws/rights are for individuals being photographed but I can assure that you aren't the first person to be photographed on a bus. Someone correct me if I am wrong but isn't the guy leaglly allowed to take a picture of someone on a bus. I wouldnt do it but I dont think he is breaking any laws. You have every right to confront him but I dont know if you should be posting his photo and potentially slandering his name.

This isnt my fight and I should probably just keep my trap shut, but you are throwing out some pretty serious allegations out there against this guy which could get you in more legal trouble than him.

LOL! Overreact much? The guy didn't commit any crime! Don't like your picture taken? Then stay away from public places, or wear a bag over your head. Until then, people are quite free to "capture your soul" if they wish.

Look for "People of SEPTA" on Facebook... you might just find your picture.

Unless this guy actually attempted to grope the OP I dont think she should have suggested that " he may start groping females or worse".

This dude taking the picture may have encroached on her persoanal space but that doesnt give her the right to then post his picture on the internet speculating that he may be a groper or worse. That is not cool.

The OP managed to dodge the picture. I would have spoke my mind with him and left it at that. If you want to come here and say this guy tryed to take my photo on the bus that would be fine, but she crossed the line imo whe she insinuated he may be a criminal deviant.

I guess you never heard of street style photography, have you? I do it everyday-and might I point out that you did the same thing?

An older guy trying to photograph a younger female (presumably) will be enough to creep most girls out......because it's creepy.

Know who that is in your 2nd from last pic? Tried to take a lit cigarette right out of my hand a week or so ago outside O'Neals.

You're right, d*ckhead and creepy behavior is generally not against the law. Being a douche is not against the law. Yelling out your window in a fit of road rage is not against the law. Openly staring at women is not against the law.
But telling someone about to kick your ass that what you did isn't against the law won't save you.
All he had to do was ask permission or try to explain himself afterwards rather than telling the bus driver she's following him.
    Is he a creepy psycho?
    is she a diva?

That's when this photo was taken!!! I call her vaudeville since she's always doing some bizarre dance routine. We must have been standing within feet of each other! Hahahahaha
