Subway replacing Olga's Pizzeria?

I was visiting the Subway website and noticed it lists a location at 125 N 15th street as 'coming soon'. According to Google Maps, that's the address of Olga's Pizzeria, which has been there as long as I can remember.

The page also lists one opening at 18th and Spring Garden. And Naked Philly mentioned a few weeks ago one planned for 1824 Chestnut. Plus the half dozen or so that already exist in that area. There's going to be a Subway every other block soon.

Seems like they are taking over where Walgreens left off on agressive openings.
