Lowe's in-store pickup South Philly

Lowe's website offers the option for me to pay for goods online and pick them up in the store.

Does anyone have experience doing this at the Lowe's on Columbus Ave?

I'm wondering if it's going to turn out being more of a pain than just going in and buying the thing.

I've done it several times, never had a problem.

I tried it once. Bought some stupid patio furniture online. Went to pick it up and it wasn't in stock despite being listed as "in stock" on the website, so they had to give me a refund at the customer service desk. But, in the end, I didn't really want that stupid patio furniture anyway.

I haven't done it with Lowe's, but I have done it at the Best Buy and it worked out perfectly.
