Is there a run event tomorrow?

A lecture I was going to go to just announced a change in start time in order to avoid all the runners coming along Market street tomorrow morning. I can't find anything out about it except for this Walk for Hope: City of Hope's Walk for Hope: A national fundraising walk to fight women's cancers which is a) not a run b) not at the time the lecture organizers were concerned about and c) not along Market St. Am I missing something?
