I was walking north college ave on Sunday and the sidewalks were well shoveled on pretty much all the homes ... except the PHA houses there. It was a real shame.

On the 2100 block of N Carlisle it's actually the PHA homes that have their sidewalks shoveled and salted, the Templetown Reality homes are the ones that have a 3 inch layer of ice out front.
