Dog Poop on Parrish Street

I don't know if if the same person or what, but on the south side of Poplar between 29th and Poplar Dr, people have not been picking up after their dog.

i say people, because as a multiple dog owner who picks up after his dogs, i've become an expert in feces, and the coils on the sidewalk are definitly not from just 1 dog; however, there are at least 5 similiar piles from (a larger) dog, spanning from 30th to the park. it's gross.
