They look exactly like the Susquehanna Village houses at 15th & Susquehanna. Must be a cooker cutter design.
I don't know who the architect is, but the project is headed by Friends Rehabilitation Program. Anne Dicker, of anti-casino and anti-Fumo fame, is running point.

I can't understand for the life of me why they would build a 3 bedroom unit with only 1 full bath.
I went by the site today and they have already started pouring the foundations for these units.
Only the 1400 SQ Ft units have 1.5 baths. The rest have 2 or 2.5 baths.
1400 is larger than the typical townhouse in the area. This is tolerable, and keeps the cost down. How many people hours are spent in a bathroom, and then in the bath or shower?
