New Retail Coming to 2819 W Girard!

MMPartners is pleased to announce that we have signed a retail lease for our building at 2819 W Girard Ave. An upscale nail salon (manicures, pedicures, massage, facials, waxing) will be opening in 1-2 months. These services are not being provided in a quality setting on Girard, and also seem to be somewhat lacking in Fairmount. The operator describes herself as "OCD" regarding cleanliness - which can only be a good thing, I would imagine.

I guess that many of us still hope to see better options for everyday conveniences (fresh food that is still fresh, even a bank) here before everyone jumps ahead and focuses on filling the strip with luxuries.

Don't get me wrong: we are lucky to have a hardware store and many other daily conveniences already, so there is still room for this "upscale nail salon" AND future growth. Plus, you guys are still doing a great job by adding destination tenants, too, which helps move progress along...and keeps us yuppies happy, right?
