    I think that development started a few years earllier in swcc and then the housing bust . That what started the slow down here . If we could have the great cafes swcc has we be on a roll

    Good point, although I don't remember filing out any "income" questions on my census form.

    Income has gotten pretty high on the western edge of Fairmount and up towards Brewerytown just past Poplar near the park...or at least that is my assumption as I peek in to their windows while walking home...
