Perhaps I should have elaborated on what I was referring to and seeing more and more of which is these sleeved women using their access cards pushing a baby stroller with a cigarette hanging out of their mouth.
And FWIW, I do think women having tattoos on their forearms or being sleeved is a bit low class. That's my opinion.

I also hate tatoos on women..I just think of how awful it will look on a 50-something when the body starts drooping and the color fades...but I dont think it equates class or no class...I hate the tattoed necks especially
